This page is to let you know what services I provide, qualifications and experience. I work at the Dixon health chiropractic clinic in Batheaston as a qualified sports massage therapist doing a combination of massage,assisted muscle release and muscle imbalance correction. Dealing with both acute and chronic injuries, aches and stiffness. These sessions last around an hour. I am also a qualified Nordic walking instructor and run weekly walks around the stunning countryside of Batheaston. Being a former nurse I have taken my personal training that bit further and qualified as a special populations trainer. This has given me the knowledge to safely train people with a history of heart disease, cancer, surgery, diabetes, mental health disorders, obesity and accidental trauma back to a strong level of;often unimaginable,fitness. I was a nurse for over 10 years with experience in both medical and surgical fields and have now been doing the afore mentioned since 2006. My clients cross a range from triathletes to gardeners to the army and well basically everyone who wants to overcome an injury or reason why they haven't been able to get fitter. I work with complete love and care for each client with every session becoming bespoke and tailor made to their individual condition. Oh and I totally love my job! :)
