I studied at Cardiff and Vale college and picked up the following award whilst there: Cardiff and Vale College students are celebrating after scooping silver prizes in two prestigious national competitions. Tracy Morgan, 35 and from Cardiff, came second in the Beauty Therapy Skills Wales competition hosted by Coleg Morgannwg. The Complementary Therapy student won her prize in the aromatherapy competition and will now go on to the World Skills UK competition for beauty therapy. AVC Vale Head of Department for Hairdressing, Beauty and Complementary Therapies Ceri Evans said: “This is a wonderful achievement – Tracy is a credit to the department and College. We are all extremely proud of her and wish her every success in the UK World Skills contest.”
