Description

Dr. Allie Dashiell, DC, MS, originally from Miami, Florida, moved to Colorado to study Integrative Physiology with a pre-med focus at the University of Colorado – Boulder. Before graduating from CU, Dr. Dashiell spent six months living abroad in Barcelona, Spain studying art history and Spanish, while immersing herself in the rich culture of Barcelona and the Catalan region. After her return to Florida, she earned her Personal Trainer Certification (CPT) from the NSCA. Then, in 2010 she moved to Portland, Oregon to study Chiropractic and Sports Medicine at the University of Western States. The unique education of the Sports Medicine program provided her with on-field experience with various athletic types. As a compassionate and enthusiastic Chiropractic Physician, Allie enjoys educating her patients in their health and formulating individualized treatments. She strives to reduce pain by utilizing treatment modalities, while optimizing stability and function with customized rehabilitative stretches and exercises. Allie is devoted to providing an integrative approach to treatment while keeping abreast of the latest research. In her spare time, Allie continues to enjoy the Pacific Northwest through her interests in running, biking, hiking, backpacking, rock climbing and gardening.
