Description
Alpacamo is a family owned and operated Alpaca fiber farm, located on the far south edge of San Antonio, TX. Owning an alpaca has been of dream of Linda's for years, but never had the room to have alpacas in the city. Plus Karl said Linda could not have an Alpaca until she learned how to spin. Now, Linda is always playing with fiber; knitting and weaving, but spinning really wasn't her cup of tea. The stars aligned and everything suddenly ( and I mean SUDDENLY) fell into place. Karl's daughter, Julie, bought a small ranch just outside San Antonio, and Julie's very significant other was interested in livestock and Alpacas. As luck would have it a small herd (5 head) was found, a trailer located and so the adventure began.
