Description
1904 von der Ratzeburger Aktienbrauerei erbaut. Architekt Herr Heinrich Hagen. In dem Hinterhaus befand sich in den ersten Jahren ein Tanzsaal. Die zwei Stecknitzfahrer Figuren über dem Eingang stammen von dem Bildhauer Wilhelm Christian Cuwie ( 1846-1931) Im Erdgeschoss des Vorderhauses befanden sich folgende Einrichtungen bzw. Gaststätten (Namensliste leider nicht vollständig) 1904 Petersens Clubhaus 1926 - ca. 1934 Verkaufsstelle des Konsumvereins 1934 - ? 1953 Gebr. Oloff - Möbelhandlung 1953 - ? 1965 Gaststätte von Friedrich Boll 1965 - 1978 Bräu Stüber'l von Hertha Lach 1978 - 1996 Chapeau Claque von Peter Kühl seit 1996 Chapeau Claque von Wolf-Dietrich Turné
