With 24 Hour Service and is a Premier Provider of Ambulance Transportation for Emergency, Non Emergency Patients as well as Wheel Chair Van Transportation. Service Available throughout the Country. Amb-U-Car provides 7 days per week wheel chair van services (MAV) to doctors office visits, dialysis for any medical appointments. This service is also available for public or private function Amb-U-Car has the resources to handle any airlift transportation whether by jet, twin prop, or helicopter. Domestic and International Amb-U-Car provides ambulance and first aid service for all sporting events, for public and private schools as well as for professional and semi- professional sporting events.

Specialty Care Transport Units When a situation arises requiring the transport of a critically ill or injured patient it is comforting to know that Amb-U-Car Ambulance Service has two New Jersey State Certified Specialty Care Transport Units. Under the direction of Cheng Teng- Wang M.D. Dr. Wang is Board Certified in Emergency Medicine and is Medical Director of the Emergency Department at the Jersey City Medical Center. We are able to transport the most critical of patients. Our Specialty Care Transport Units are staffed by two Emergency Medical Technicians and a Registered Nurse that has special training in the care of critical care patients. Our nurses have the title Critical Care Nurse in additions to Registered Nurse. All of our Specialty Care Units are equipped with the latest in life saving equipment including 12 lead bi-phasic cardiac monitors, medication pumps, invertors, defibrillators, ventilators, intubation sets and a host of life sustaining medications
