Our team of golf performance coaches develop golfers into athletes through a progressive training model that we established through years of experience in the sports performance industry. Each athlete begins our developmental process with our movement assessment which gives us the information needed to test, analyze and program each athlete's customized program for success. We also coach our athletes on healthy recovery strategies and work in unison with sports medicine teams to optimize our athletes' performance. History: Established in 2013 AMPD Golf Fitness is a result of over 10 years of dedication and experience of developing golfers into athletes all under the direction of Damon Goddard - Founder & CEO. We provide a program for golf-athletes of all ages and abilities to optimize their game by increasing performance and reducing the risk for injury. Over the years we have produced two US Amateur Champions, multiple winners on the PGA Tour including: Harrison Frazar and Ryan Palmer, and two-time US Junior Amateur Champion and PGA Tour winner, Jordan Spieth. Our athlete's success stories go way beyond our professional golfers. We have an army of juniors who are nationally ranked competing on tours such as: AJGA, TJGT, NTJPGA, TLJT and US Kids Golf Tour. We also have avid golfers competing at the amateur level in section events, club events and corporate events alike. We strive to help all golfers feel and play better, to unleash their potential!
