It's never too late to change your life! I was sick and tired of looking at myself in the mirror. Uncomfortable in my own skin, only buying clothes that covered the areas I hated. So I did something about it! In doing so I not only found happiness, healthiness, and confidence, I found my passion. I then knew I had to do something to commit to be healthy for life, and to change the lives of others.
