I offer a 6 month Health Coaching program that will address your health and wellness needs and assist you in reaching your goals. Here is a brief overview of the 6 month program: -We will meet twice a month for 45-55 minutes, one-on-one sessions -We will discuss and address all areas of your life including, but not limited to, nutrition, physical activity, career, relationships, and how you can take back control in your life. -Every two weeks, I will provide a variety of techniques and modifications that are easy to incorporate into your everyday life, so that these changes are long lasting. -You will receive an assortment of tools to assist you on your journey such as books, recipes, health/nutrition magazines, handouts, and more. - Together we will work side by side to achieve your health and wellness goals.
