At the start of your first treatment I will do a comprehensive consultation, and offer advice on wellness, including nutrition, stretches etc. This takes approx fifteen mins and I do not charge extra for this time. Do ask regarding appointment times as I need to be flexible (due to other responsibilities) The opening hours are a guide.
