We are a full-service veterinary clinic, using modern techniques and equipment. We are able to provide the best for your pet! In clinic diagnostic equipment performs: Complete blood counts, blood chemistries, snap tests, stool assessments, and cytologies. Digital radiography (x-rays) and ultrasound for further organ & dental evaluation. Medical care: Hospitalization, intensive care, IV fluids and therapies, & pharmacy are all available in the clinic. Surgical care: Dedicated surgical suite with extensive anesthetic monitoring equipment, including EKG, blood pressure, pulse oximetery, and an attentive veterinary technician dedicated to the needs of your pet. Laser surgery is also available. Doctors: All of our doctors work closely with one another. Each has areas of special interest and skill, so it is not uncommon for them to collaborate on unusual or difficult cases. Dr. Lemon has nearly 40 years experience and a special interest in orthopedic surgery, including, but not limited to: cruciate ligament, patellar luxation, fracture, and congenital abnormality repairs. He is also experienced in soft tissue surgeries like spays, neuters, declaws, cystotomies, gastrotomies, enterotomies, biopsies, mass removals, and exploratory surgeries. He is a very dedicated, skilled surgeon. Dr. Nelson has been at the practice since 1994, after practicing in South Dakota for 14 years. She has a special interest in medical cases, especially geriatric, internal medicine, and dermatology. She is excellent at working up difficult cases and explaining medical conditions. She is very honest and caring! Dr. Kaliff has worked in the Omaha area for 8 years. She has a special interest in soft tissue surgery, chemotherapy preventative and internal medicine. She enjoys working one-on-one with clients to determine what treatments or procedures will work best for each individual pet. We are excited to have her join our staff as a partner in our practice. Carrie, Shawna, Gina, Whitney, Susanne ,Molly, and Nikki make up the rest of our veterinary team and are vital to our practice.
