The Animal Rescue & Foster Program (ARFP), founded in 1993, is a 501(C)(3) not-for-profit volunteer organization based out of Greensboro, NC. ARFP provides foster care for many kittens and puppies through a dedicated volunteer base. Strays taken into ARFP remain in our care until they find permanent loving homes.
