The Anne Shirley Theatre Company is a theatre group at Trent University. The Company was formed after the successful production of "Anne of Green Gables" in 2002/03 by a meeting of the group's founders: Emily Boag, Matthew Brady, Erin Clow, Rachael Nicholls, and Amanda Pulker. That show inspired the name of our company.
The Anne Shirley Theatre Company brings quality Theatre to Trent University each year. ASTC strives to produce theatre programming within the Trent University Community that is as accessible and inclusive as possible. ASTC wishes to provide opportunities for students to experience all aspects of theatre, art and performance, both on and off the stage.
