Applied Behavioral Care is a Program of Autism Behavioral Services fb.com/absabaservices and www.absaba.com Applied Behavioral Care is the only ABA, insurance funded, autism service provider in Massachusetts for children 0 to 5 years old (not yet in school) which mainstreams your children with typical peers, every minute of every day. Unlike many autism service providers, Applied Behavioral Care will not discharge or suspend a child for conduct/behavioral reasons. Using the principles of Applied Behavioral Analysis (ABA), the highly trained staff at Applied Behavioral Care will improve your child's behavior by utilizing a combination of positive reinforcement, environmental modification, individualized behavior plans, and data collection systems to both accurately measure progress and unearth problem areas. In addition, parents of children attending Applied Behavioral Care will also be provided ABA training to use in their homes and maintain a consistent approach benefiting their child in all settings. Another hallmark of Applied Behavioral Care is using ABA to encourage social interactions and foster relationships. All too often, young children with behavioral and developmental challenges are left far behind when it comes to one of life's most simple-but-important joys: making friends. Children served by Applied Behavioral Care will be taught the skills needed to make and keep friends prior to entering school, in addition to teaching "learning to learn" skills needed for keeping up with new school responsibilities like sitting, participating, initiating, reciprocating, following directions, staying on task, etc. Remember, ABC also mainstreams your children with typical peers, every minute of every day.
