Bootcamp this Saturday. 10-11am Holyrood park:going from commonwealth pool turn left at the roundabout, turn left again. Keep going till you reach a round about straight over and straight over again. Hi everyone. Just a wee reminder about bootcamp this Saturday. If anyone has any questions about anything please contact me on this. Please give it a try, the support would be much appreciated. If people have any summer holidays booked don't think that you will lose weight 1 month before nows the time to get started even if it is once/twice a week. That along with a healthy balanced diet will give you that summer body your dying for. Tip: These slim fast or herbal life diets are really unhealthy. You're better eating healthy and working out (at my bootcamp or personal training sessions ;).
