We pride ourselves on the level of service you receive from us, no tech speak or baffling jargon, just easy to understand help and support. We offer a genuine No-Fix-No-Fee policy - if we don't fix your computer then you don't pay! We can’t be any fairer than that! We do not charge diagnosis fees, it doesn't cost anything for us to look at your computer and we never pressurise people into going ahead with repairs. If you decide not to repair then that is fine with us. We are always looking to gain long-term customers so we really don't believe in the 'hard sell'. All decisions about what YOU want to do with YOUR computer completely up to YOU. We offer a FREE collection and return service within a three mile radius of Yaxley. If you live outside this radius then we will collect and return your computer for a small travel fee or you can drop the computer off to us if you prefer. Our average labour costs are £15 per hour and 85% of our work carried out does not require any additional parts.
