In our clinic we house a CET cryospa or ice bath. This can reach temperatures as low as 1 degrees Celsius . This combined with the use of over forty jets and Epsom salts helps flush out waste products such as lactic acid much quicker, increases circulation and reduces the effects of DOMS (Delayed Onset Muscle Soreness). The results of this are quicker recovery times from injury, greater sleep and ultimately better performances. The bath can hold three to four men therefore we do offer team rates. Arctic Sports Recovery is conveniently located offering pre and post tournament modalities used by professional athletes to all at competitive prices.
