You can fill them with whatever you want but our favourites are citrus black bean & white cheese or shredded steak & spicy tomato sauce or spago chicken & zinging lime salsa & chunky Colombian guacamole. You will get messy when you eat one. They are hard to find. The Guardian thinks they are cool. They are gluten free. They cure 90% of hangovers. The name is easier to pronounce than it sounds. They can easily be made vegan. I've never seen anyone eat more than three in a row as they are deceptively filling. They are the perfect bedfellow for badass spicy hot sauces. They are your new favourite food.
