Aria Residential, Estate and Lettings agents, property investment and debt experts. Aria was set up in 2007 by company Principal Philip Davison. Phil had worked in both the public and voluntary housing sectors and had recognised the need for a property management company that delivered the standards, service and accountability of the public sector to private tenants and landlords. Our business is built around strong core values and robust management systems. We believe that our level of service sets us apart and that it says a lot about who we are and how hard we work that the business has grown as rapidly through very tough times in the local economy.

Since 2007, we’ve been changing how property works, bringing a balanced approach to joining all the dots, embracing technology that makes the whole process easier, raising standards across the board and seeing how we can do things better. We started with landlords, putting the processes and systems in place that would help them attract happy tenants. Because happy tenants mean long term lets and maximum return on investment. Simple, eh? Well, we make it look simple. The ARIA team has a wealth of property experience. But more than that, we are people people. We understand the meaning of home and how stressful it can be to find a new one. So we go further, listening to our clients and giving best advice wherever and whenever we can.
