The initiators are Gruffydd Meredith, Justin Lilley and Dr. Ian Jenkins. After being introduced to Positive Money by Harry White in late 2011, in 2012 Justin convened Positive Trigger meetings for Positive Money supporters in Cardiff and Swansea and as a result a a cross party group at the Welsh Assembly was started. The New Economics Foundation and Positive Money visited in March and Ben Dyson of Positive Money returned in November. A lot of proposals came out of the November meeting and following a paper on Public Banking by Ian Jenkins the Welsh media and our politicians started taking a genuine interest in an alternative approach to moneyCompany Rating
