Army Boxing Fitness was developed by ex army boxer, Tom Harlow, as a high intensity fitness programme to boost your metabolism and your fitness. Don't be put off by "army" or "boxing", this training is suitable for anyone, any age and all levels of fitness. I'm based at Lifestyle Gym Cockermouth but we can arrange alternative locations and times to suit you! One to one fitness training with no high personal trainer fees. Give it a go!!
