Craig was told by his trainer to do a solid hour of skipping if he wanted to improve his endurance. After 20 minutes the trainer handed Craig a rope and said, "Here, use this. You're freaking everyone out." For anyone wanting to come along to 'Boxing for Fitness', this Saturday 7th June will be the last free class. Boxing for Fitness is on again this Saturday 19th April, 8-9am. All participants will receive an Easter Saturday treat - 4 eggs... Cracked into a glass and promptly consumed, ala Rocky Balboa. Also, a reminder that a free boxing technique intro will start at 7:40 prior to the class :)
