Freeman Brown III is an emerging painter and light installation artist who has graduated from the University of Memphis with a Bachelors of Fine Arts in studio art. His fascination with light and sound is leading him to continue his education in the arts. His desire to produce large-scale work has transitioned into an interest in architecture. Therefore, he is now pursuing degrees in architecture and architectural lighting design. Brown hopes to use his gifts, skills, and talents to improve society and the local community where he resides. He has helped install several murals around Memphis, and hopes to continue building a relationship with the Urban Art Commission. Furthermore, he has intentions to start a business involving the arts. His faith in Jesus Christ is the driving force for him choosing to live a life loving and helping others.
