I specialize in fondant wedding cakes, sugar flowers, sculpted cakes and toppers. I make my own fondant and cakes from scratch so they are tasty and look beautiful. I have been told my cakes taste very "European" because of my swiss meringue buttercream and dense but moist butter cakes.
