UNITING COMMUNITIES Attracting tens of thousands of people each year our events transform people and places through shared creative experiences. We create and produce the multi award winning Belfast Mela, which celebrates world arts and culture. INCREASING PARTICIPATION We pioneer the region’s leading intercultural outreach programmes which create opportunities for direct engagement with hard to reach communities across the country. Our bespoke outreach programmes help to create access to participation in the arts and culture for everyone. CREATING OPPORTUNITIES Across the organisation we encourage growth and learning by working with artists and creative practitioners to provide showcase, employment and professional development opportunities. Our programmes promote and support the development of cutting edge intercultural practice.
