Welcome Everyone! I’m Ashley – Stylist and Makeup Artist at Ashley J Studios! I’ve been in the industry since 2006, and started my education at Xenon International Academy in Omaha, Nebraska. I spent 4 years of my career with Aveda, taking extensive education on makeup and hair color and refining my skills in razor cutting. I had the opportunity to learn from many outstanding educators in my industry such as Rudy Miles, Janell Geason and Geno Chapman. I worked for Aveda as a Freelance Advisor for 3 years doing makeup education and salon support. In 2013, I moved my operation to Kailua-Kona, Hawaii. In 2014 I returned to Omaha, NE and Aveda! I have found my home at Reveal Salon and couldn't be happier with my decision! I have a fantastic team surrounding me and can't wait to see where we go! I take appointments in salon five days a week and travel on location for events and editorial work. I feel I am very blessed to be able to go to work (if you can call it that), spend time with some incredible people, and make them even more beautiful than they already are! Hair color and makeup are my passion. Seeing the difference just two hours of your time makes to someone is incredible. When someone leaves my chair with their head high, a smile on their face, and feeling fabulous, it makes my day. I love spending time with my guests to get to know them and their needs on a personal level so that I can provide them with an outstanding experience each and every visit.
