With today and tomorrow forecast for high temperatures it is important we all maintain our hydration! Happy New Year fitness lovers!!! I hope you all had a wonderful time last night celebrating what was a fantastic and eventful 2014. I know you all have your goals set or have at least thought about them. Just remember to inbox me with any questions you have as I'm sure many of you will be looking at starting personal training in the new year. And it's the perfect time to start at the start of the year and to maintain it throughout the year! With only 3 days remaining in 2014 I turn my focus and attention to preparing for a new year with new challenges, new clientele, new goals for myself and start the planning process of how i can help each and everyone one of you achieve your physical goals. No matter how big or small your goal is helping you all achieve those is my main priority. Start thinking long and hard about what you want to get out of 2015. For example as I'm writing this I'm thinking about what i achieved this year, i went out of my comfort zone and completed a 70.3 Ironman Ballarat in November as part of a team and completed my 3rd Half Marathon in July. To give you all an example of what im planning for 2015 i have already locked in the following:- -Feb Fast (No Alcohol or Coffee) -October (Complete A FULL MARATHON!!!!) -December (Complete Ironman 70.3 on my own) -Donate Blood -Go on a holiday I look forward to assisting all of you complete your goals in 2015. And if you know anyone wanting to test the waters of personal training, bring them with you to one of your sessions. Happy Goal Setting Everyone :D

I'd like to share a small story with you all because he needs to be praised for his hard work and dedication over the last 6 weeks. Darren started a bootcamp with me 6 weeks ago and we did our initial testing procedure, with not having done much running it was something different for him. He covered 1700m in a 12minute run test. 6 weeks on Darren completed that same test and covered 2700m which is 1km better than his previous distance. This goes to show if you stick at something you can achieve anything. Not only has Darren's fitness improved but he is feeling great, has higher energy levels, he has drop 2.5kg, and has a different outlook to his fitness. Hats off to Darren for all his hard work and determination. I look forward to what he achieves next. Ash

My name is Ash Wilson and I’m the owner/ head trainer here at Ballarat Bootcamp.
My qualification is internationally accredited and I have been instructing Bootcamp in Ballarat for the last 5 years.
I am a level 1 & Advanced Bootcamp Instructor which is required to facilitate such programs.
I’m also a fully qualified personal trainer with over 10 years of experience in the fitness industry.
Ballarat Bootcamp is a fun, challenging, exciting, socially inviting, friendly fitness program that caters for ANY fitness level in a non intimidating environment.
Ballarat Bootcamp caters for ALL fitness levels with focuses ranging from weight loss, increasing strength, building lean muscle mass, toning & shaping, increasing cardiovascular fitness, training for an event and much, much more.
Ballarat Bootcamp is running sessions for small or large groups on a weekly basis.
Sessions are Tuesday and Friday mornings (6am-6:45am), Monday and Wednesday evenings evenings (6.15pm-7pm) and cover a wide variety activities, workouts and locations around Ballarat.
All troops will receive a text message 12-24 prior to session with the location on meeting place (closed Facebook group coming soon).
Business’ can contact us to exclusively book in training times for their workplace also.
