Owner ASH2Nutrition and ProT Muffins 2007 – present My lifestyle is dedicated and committed to health and fitness. Not only as a personal bodybuilder but I have been able to transition my knowledge to coaching, mentoring and developing athletes for over 25-years. I am dedicated to making my clients a priority and ensuring they have the tools and resources to make impactful change in their lives. Having been involved in training, nutrition and bodybuilding for over 25-years, I continue to develop as a professional and personal trainer, coach and mentor to enable my ability to make a difference. I have proven methods designed specifically for the individual I am working with to support their goals and results. The photo above are some of the athletes I have coached to competition, resulting in all placing in the top three in Provincial and National competitions. I myself continue to compete as a National Level Bodybuilder since 1999 and in the last three years have placed 2nd as a National Masters Heavyweight. In addition to having solid, innovative and results oriented training programs, I have an extensive knowledge of nutrition needs. I work with my clients to plan, modify and provide direction on nutrition. As a result of my understanding of nutrition, I was able to create a trademark protein muffin; marketed as ProT Muffins. It is important to me to continue my own personal development. To this end, I participate as a competition judge, guest speaking engagements, guest trainer, cultural events and community participation to develop healthy lifestyles for at risk youth. As an entrepreneur, I have been involved in business management, sales and marketing, direct supplement sales and private enterprise since 1993.
