I have a strong desire and passion for health and wellness education. I don't claim to know it all or have it all together, no. I'm just as much of a student as I am a teacher. My heart is for encouraging, empowering, and inspiring others to do the things they thought were impossible. To love themselves. To embrace themselves. To recognize that they're worth MUCH. To honor oneself in that place. So, how do we honor ourselves? By nurturing and nourishing the body that God has entrusted to us. So, what does that look like? I'd love to help you discover what that looks like for you! I'm also learning every day what it looks like to love my own body more fully and take care of myself (mind, body, spirit) the way God intended me to.
