Over the last 7 years i have been working in and around the fitness community, this is my passion, my life and i cant wait to share my knowledge and experience with you. It hasn't been easy but iv always pushed towards the next goal, after 10 years of kempo karate i focused my energy into body building which led to opportunities for sponsorship, personal coaching and modelling. I didn't feel that was enough so i found a way to combine all that i love and with the help of my business partner and good friend we formed keep-fit-geek a growing home for fitness and entertainment.
