Ashley Jadine Duncan was a 17-year old Bellaire High School student in Houston, Texas when she committed suicide on January 30, 2012. The Ashley Jadine Foundation was created in her memory for the cause of teen suicide awareness and prevention by her mother, Cheryl Duncan.
