Description
I am a registered Yoga and Pilates teacher. I have completed my 200 hour Hatha teacher training program and my pilates level 1 training through Feel Good Yoga and Pilates. I am currently continuing my studies at the University of Victoria working towards my BSc in Kinesiology. Currently teaching Yoga and Pilates classes at Feel Good Yoga and Pilates in Langford and at the University of Victoria. I have been teaching since April of 2012.
