Two young food lovers, Amber Cheng and Ian Zeng have come together with two things in common - graduating from arguably the finest culinary institute, Le Cordon Bleu, and their passion for exceptional sweets and fine patisseries. Amber, dux of the year, and have worked in one of finest restaurants- Rockpool Bar & Grill in Sydney, together with Ian are establishing 'Astonish-Patisserie, Tea & Coffee' to utilize what they have gained from Le Cordon Bleu and the food industry.
