Description
We are a group of amateur astronomers interested in all aspects of the study of the stars. We have two meetings a month that are open to anyone with an interest in the night sky. The General Meeting held on the second Friday of the month covers all aspects of astronomy. The Stargazers 101 meeting is for people who are just starting and focuses on the skills of observing. It is held on the fourth Firday of each month. The times and locations of the meetings are posted on our website at kw.rasc.ca and on this page. Our mission is to further our education of astronomy and to promote it to those interested.
