She is an artist that loves to design jewelry using all kinds of creative ideas. She has also been creating handcrafted jewelry since the young age of 12. L.Victoria decided to share jewelry with others, thereby launching August River Jewelry in late fall of 2012. L. Victoria believes that everyone should always feel fabulous, and wear unique handcrafted jewelry to add a little shine to any outfit!
