Aunt Maye's BBQ Sauce Salad Dressing Ingredients: Aunt Maye's BBQ Sauce 1cup (Jerk or Pineapple and Rum) Balsamic Vinegar 1/4 cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil 1/4cup Directions: Mix all ingredients together, if the dressing is too thick add 4 tablespoons of water and stir dressing again. Refrigerate for an hour and serve with an amazing salad. Please note you might need to stir dressing one more time before serving.

Bring something new and exciting to the dinner table for Christmas! Aunt Maye's Pineapple and Rum Roasted Turkey Recipe: Ingredients : 1 (12 Pound) Turkey Aunt Maye's Pineapple and Rum BBQ Sauce 1/4 cup melted butter 10 pineapple slices (fresh or canned) 1/2 teaspoon each salt and pepper 2 cups sliced onions 2 cups chopped celery 1 1/2 cups chopped carrots 1/2 cup chopped basil 1/2 cup chopped garlic Directions Preheat oven to 375 degrees F Rinse turkey with fresh water and then pad dry with paper towel Before placing the turkey on the baking pan, place the 1 cup of onion in the pan, 1 cup celery and 1 cup carrots Now place turkey into the baking pan Now pour melting butter over the turkey Next place the remaining onions carrots celery into the turkey along with the garlic Take your Aunt Maye's Sauce and rub generously all over the turkey Then rub the salt and black pepper all over the turkey Place roast turkey in oven for 30 minutes Reduce oven temperature to 355 degrees. Cover entire turkey with foil. After 1 hour and 30 minutes remove foil and now with the remaining Aunt Maye's Sauce from bottle glaze the turkey then place your slice pineapple and basil all around your turkey and also on the onions, celery and carrots. Continue roasting for about 1 hours, or until a meat thermometer inserted into thickest part of thigh registers 180 degrees. Place turkey on platter, and let stand 10 minutes. Now take the onions, celery, carrots, and pineapple and place in pot draining the juices into pot. Stir and bring to a boil and you can add salt and pepper to taste. Iff the gravy seems too thick add a 1/2 of water or if you want to spice it up and you have rum do 1/4 cup water and 1/4 rum bring to a boil. Take off the heat and then place in gravy dish. Enjoy!
