Admin&Marketing Assistant This position is responsible for handling and directing incoming calls, welcoming internal and external guests, performing the day-to-day administrative duties of the office, and providing marketing support. The candidate will also gain in-depth knowledge and understanding of key business elements, strategic goals, and concerns in order to provide appropriate communications and marketing support. Duties and Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following: · Sorting and distributing mail, faxes, and other correspondence in a timely manner. · Preparing courier packages and mail. · Operate office equipment (fax, phone, scanner, binding machine, etc) · Assist Staff with Event registrations, travel arrangements, etc · Assist Project Managers with preparation of contract and task initiation forms, processing modification and close out forms. · Work with marketing and senior management staff to create and update materials, including: brochures, proposals, website, technical information, etc. and make required changes, additions, and/or revisions to all media as directed. · Monitor publications and websites for potential opportunities · Perform other responsibilities associated with the position as may be appropriate. Job Requirements (Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required): · Possess excellent written and oral communication skills and high competency in using MS Word, PowerPoint, graphics software, etc. · Interest in marketing and business development activities. · One to two (1-2) years of experience in an office setting. · Must be able to work in a team environment, be creative, and be willing and able to multi-task in a dynamic work atmosphere. plx send ur resume to email@example.com
