The Avish Cottage is a stone-built farmstone dating back to the 18th century, lovingly restored and fitted out with all the conveniences we require today, even Wifi! Set on a hillside in its own grounds and woodland and surrounded by dry-stone walls, the cottage overlooks the Foyle, the Sperrins and the hills of Inishowen. It's an ideal touring base for all of the North-West of Ireland. Catering for friends and family groups of up to six, the Avish is a real home from home, where the welcome is warm and we do our best to help guests make the most of their stay. The Avish is somewhere people always want to come back to. Decorated and furnished in an authentic Irish style, it's homely and comfortable, packed with original crafts and artwork and full of charm.
