Description

I am currently working as a Holistic Counsellor and Reiki Master/Practitioner who incorporates all modalities and life experience in a very Holistic way. I have had over 15 years’ experience working with people and I believe that in order to heal we must look at the person on many levels. From a young age counselling has been an integral part of all my family, work and personal relationships. For me, it has been through my own life journey and maturity that I have developed an understanding of how to practice without ego and feeding my own personal need to ‘fix’ others. I am confident that I practice unconditionally, with the intent to help another soul discover themselves. I support people through an awareness and accountability for their own wellness of mind, body, and soul, in an emotionally safe and trusting environment.
