Axis Mundi is Latin for centre of the world and has historical, mythological and spiritual significance as a sacred meeting place between upper and lower worlds. Where sky meets earth, trees, mountains and temples; where the cosmos connects to the molten core; where the base rises and the crown descends; all are symbols of the Axis Mundi. Not solely a point, a pathway, a thing or an experience, but all of these things, Axis Mundi can be experienced in our beings. When we have a felt sense of the core of our being, an integration of seemingly separate parts of ourselves or an experience of unique connectedness and wholeness, I believe we are experiencing our Axis Mundi. When we anchor our being in this way and work with this internal compass, we can powerfully create the life of our choosing and ultimately experience the fulfilment of our desires. Axis Mundi Coaching uses an eclectic mix of psychological, intuitive, shamanic-tantric and bodywork based techniques and processes; connecting into the body, emotional body, heart, mind and soul; to further deepen one's sense of self at the core.
