I am a Doula with a passion for supporting women through the exciting, sometimes daunting and often exhausting time of transitioning into parenthood. As a traditional Postnatal Doula, I offer warm care, support, and reassurance for mothers and their families. My service is ideal for first time parents, parents with little or no support in the area, parents of multiples, mothers recovering from caesarean births, women experiencing postnatal depression & anxiety, parents of babies with colic or reflux, babies with special needs and families that would like to focus on their new addition whilst being surrounded by support. I also offer a placenta encapsulation service, in both TCM and raw methods. Having made the move with my family from Sydney's Inner West, I will now be supporting women and their families as a Postnatal Doula & Placenta Encapsulator in the Newcastle / Hunter region.
