Your child is constantly learning and developing. A gymnastics class is the ideal environment to help build confidence, develop motor skills and cognitive learning in children, as well as having lots of fun.

Balance and Beam offer curriculum based activities, using exciting music and weekly themes such as Rodeo week or seaside adventures. Whether you’re looking for parent and child classes, pre-school or primary school we have something for you. Balance and Beam has a fantastic team of dedicated, qualified instructors with experience, enthusiasm and commitment, determined to help your child grow in confidence, fitness, agility and better health. ** Classes and Special Events ** As well as our weekly classes, we have fun gymnastics-based birthday parties for 1-8 year-olds and holiday camps for 3-10 year-olds. We can also provide facilities for groups such as Rainbows, Brownies, Beavers and Cubs, nurseries and playgroup to come down and have some fun. Team games, obstacle challenges and use of equipment are all on offer. During school holidays Balance and Beam offer half term activities, half day activity camps and holiday clubs – we’re a full year activity provider! ** Read and Rumble ** Look out for our ‘read and rumble events’ with stories and rhymes followed by energetic gym sessions & refreshments for all afterwards.
