Locally owned, and the first of its name, Ballarat Bootcamp is a fun, friendly and challenging program designed for anyone's fitness requirements from the couch potato to the elite level athlete. We combine all aspects of training into each 8 week program, meaning we cover anybody's fitness goals (strength, weight loss, cardiovascular conditioning, muscular endurance, toning). No goals are too big or small... Each program runs for 8 weeks in entirety but may vary from 2 or 3 per week. There are plenty of incentives for clients to get involved eg. free training singlet with initial sign up, free personal training valued at $130 for every new person you sign up and much much more.... Get excited, get involved......

Sessions are Tuesday and Friday mornings (6am-6:45am), Monday and Wednesday evenings evenings (6.15pm-7pm) and cover a wide variety activities, workouts and locations around Ballarat.
All troops will receive a text message 12-24 prior to session with the location on meeting place (closed Facebook group coming soon).
Business’ can contact us to exclusively book in training times for their workplace also.
Lots of great friendships have formed over our short time in business and we know that this Bootcamp Fam will continue to grow and welcome anyone along.
