Description
This magnificent facility provides accommodation for a large number of new and established businesses across a wide range of disciplines. The BBC comprises 2 sites. The main building is Dawson House at 15 Dawson Street South, where we currently have 45 serviced offices. Our second site is the Holmes Street Business Centre, located at Holmes Street, where we manage 8 Workshops.

Being part of the Centre is far more than just locating new or small business into an office block in Ballarat’s CBD. At the Centre we are fortunate to have developed a lively business environment that encourages small business growth and prosperity. Smart Living Ballarat is a one stop shop for information on sustainable living practices for the Ballarat community. Smart Living Ballarat aims to create positive change within our community by providing information on sustainable and smarter ways to live, covering everything from designing or retrofitting our homes to make them more comfortable and cheaper to run, growing our own food and looking at ways to save water and care for our local environment. Located centrally in a shop front at 14 Lydiard Street north, Smart Living Ballarat knows that much of the expertise, experience and inspiration needed to assist our community to adopt smarter lifestyles exists locally. The main aim of the centre is to connect our community to this local expertise and show people what is possible. Smart Living Ballarat is a Ballarat Community Project, initiated by the Regional Sustainability Alliance Ballarat, Ballarat Renewable Energy and Zero Emissions and supported by the Victorian Government Sustainability Fund, managed by Sustainability Victoria.
