Description
Ballarat Airfield was the very first circuit in Victoria to host a motor race after World War 11, and the only airfield based circuit to host an international event. 2011 saw the celebration of the 50th anniversary of the last motor race that took place at the Ballarat Airfield - the 1961 Victorian Trophy "International Meeting". Such was the enthusiasm shown it was decided to build on the momentum by making this an annual event.
