Ballistic 3 the study of motion is dedicated to self-defense of all kind for all ages. We provide solutions.a street fighting program design against one or multiple opponents for a total 360° body movement. Ballistic 3 comes from concept idea of Sir Isaac Newton three laws of motion - Velocity, Acceleration & Mass (VAM). We apply these 3 laws of motion in our training and bring them to a higher pace. We study the characters aggression of one or multiple street opponents and learn how the body functions under stress. NO rules in the streets, no referee to make sure your opponent “fights fair”. Poor lighting, concealed weapons, and out numbered is what you will really find in the real world that we see today. We face the fear of ending up in the emergency room or even worse. When we are faced with one or multiple opponents this triggers our natural primal fear of abandonment for this very same reason we train to overcome it.
