The Baltimore County Alliance of Black School Educators is a membership organization comprised of teachers, parents/guardians, administrators, business leaders, civic leaders and others interested in the education of African American students. The mission of the Baltimore County Alliance of Black School Educators (BCABSE) is to ensure all students, especially African American students, have access to the highest quality education possible. We are committed to ensuring African American students not only have access to the highest quality education possible but that they receive it. To that end BCABSE serves as an advocacy organization for African American students, their families, and those in the educational community who are charged with educating them.
