Barnes Boxing Academy teaches the skills of Boxing in an energised and educated way. We run ABA qualified Boxing sessions for all levels of experience.

Description

Barnes Boxing Academy is a amateur boxing school. We thoroughly enjoy teaching all levels of ability to learn the skill of boxing and to increase fitness. We are also building links with the community to train venerable people and promote their health and well being. Interested in competitive boxing? Come and join us at Pound for Pound Training Ground in the heart of Southampton. Juniors and seniors are welcome at the select timetabled sessions. Southampton Solent University have contracted us to coach their students competitively.
