Barrel is a retail wine shop + wine bar located in the Oak Hills and Cedar Mill neighborhoods of Portland, Oregon. Barrel focuses on wines in the $10 to $30 range with a strong Pacific Northwest selection. We also carry a selection of craft beers from Oregon and around the world.
