Providing emotional, physical and informational support through pregnancy, labour and postpartum in Simcoe County. • 2 prenatal visits: to get acquainted and discuss your personal vision of your labour, birth and becoming a parent, as well as provide prenatal instruction. • Assist in creating your ideal birth plan • Teach relaxation techniques and beneficial exercises • Full telephone and e-mail support during pregnancy and postpartum • 24 hour on-call availability • Emotional, physical and informational support to you and your partner (if you have one) throughout labour and birth, until 2 hours postpartum • 1 postpartum visit to assist with any help you may need, including help with your baby, light housework and questions about breastfeeding
